Our brown sugar fudge, also known as penuche, is made with real butter, brown sugar and vanilla beans. The texture is dense, yet melts in your mouth. It is available plain, or with pecans. (At the Northern California Renaissance Faire, we call this the Queen's Fudge!)

Decadent dark chocolate is used to make our dense fudge, available plain and with pecans, and in 1/4, 1/2, 3/4 and 1 lb. pieces.

Real peanut butter and brown sugar are used to make our dense peanut butter fudge, available plain and with peanuts.Quantities are In 1/4, 1/2, 3/4 and 1 lb. increments.
